Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Carrying out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication therapy management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects.
  • Driving the execution of various market strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Ensuring compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by monitoring, assessing, and re-planning processes; checking and examining results; and implementing changes.
  • Driving provincial pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with organizational financial objectives.
  • Supporting efforts to enhance patient experience by focusing on reputed company services (e.g., patient interviews, medication administration, medication therapy management audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease management, and specialty programs).
  • Providing expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field management.
  • Conducting data and clinical audits and making vital reputed company to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
  • Reviewing patient accounts and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment.
  • Providing individualized patient/supplier counseling.
