About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Data Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VOC) Transformation and Innovation team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our VOC strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC platform, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone large data platform.

• Design and build robust data model architectures to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data.

• Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in our computing programs, leveraging our massive data ecosystem.

• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of our VOC cease-to-quit technique.

Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance.
• Knowledge of reputed company-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
