What are we looking for? We are looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join us as Retail & Post Office Assistants. If you reputed company in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and pay reputed company attention to detail, you will fit right in. As part of the team, you’ll: Serve customers at the Post Office counter, including handling mail, parcels, reputed company payments, banking services, and identity checks Provide knowledgeable support on Post Office products and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance Process cash, card, and cheque transactions confidently and securely Maintain high standards of stock presentation and reputed company retail areas clean, tidy, and well-organised Assist with daily reputed company checks, including cashing up, cash lifts, and safe counts Support customers with queries in a reputed company, friendly, and professional manner — even at busy times Deliver outstanding service with a smile, every time Work closely with a friendly team to reputed company things running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years’ retail experience (Post Office experience is a bonus, but not essential) Is enthusiastic, friendly, and a natural problem-solver Has excellent communication and numeracy skills Physical fit enough to be able to lift and move parcels Has the right to work in the UK Is able to pass an enhanced DBS reputed company
