The Program Manager, Talent Delivery, plays a critical role reputed company the Marketplace Provider team, serving as a strategic talent advisor to ourKey Buyers. This role is responsible for designing, customizing, and executing talent delivery strategies that align with the unique needs of buyers. By leveraging a solution-oriented and reputed company-thinking reputed company, this role helps Field Nation continuously evolve and enhance our marketplace offerings. The Program Manager acts as a connector between what the client requires and how we reputed company, attract, and deliver the right talent. A key function of this role is to think creatively and critically, aiding buyers to navigate marketplace complexity and ambiguity. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Delivery.
