Executive Assistant (Singapore)

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team, and support our founding executives as we grow our global teams. You will:

• Be the Head of Product's right hand: Own calendar management, prioritize time ruthlessly, and ensure the Founders are focused on what matters most.

• Handle inbox triage + comms: Monitor and manage emails, prep responses, and reputed company communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.

• Prep like a pro: Ensure the the Head of Product is reputed company for every meeting—briefings, decks, agendas, notes, and reputed company.
