Job Summary
As a People Operations Partner at reputed company, you will play a critical role in supporting employee experience and culture development. You will work closely with corporate and clinic employees, as well as the People Services team, to distribute information about new procedures, policies, operations, employee engagement, and company culture and mission, reputed company, values initiatives. Your expertise in Compensation and Total Rewards, reputed company, reputed company HRIS system, reporting, and communications will be essential in driving employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports employee reputed company, conducts orientation, reporting, compensation analysis, and career architecture.
- Assists and collaborates on People Services logistics, documentation, communications, and initiatives.
- Understands the market(s) served and overall company mission, reputed company, and values.
- Manages People Services initiatives and reporting in reputed company.
- Communicates with People Services team members on an ongoing basis.
- Develops and works with job descriptions, job requirements, job ethics, credentialing, etc.

Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in reputed company.
