Manager, People Operations (HR)

About the Position

As the Manager, People Operations, you will partner with the VP, People to optimize and manage our HR operations and employee experience initiatives. In this role, you will reputed company day-to-day people operations, support people systems administration, and reputed company process improvements that positively impact the People Team and reputed company employees globally while managing employee lifecycle processes. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution of people programs while working closely with other stakeholders, including reputed company, Total Rewards, reputed company, Payroll, and IT.

About You

You are analytical and bring strong problem-solving skills, and you love to roll up your sleeves and drive execution. You have a solid understanding of HR technology and enjoy finding ways to streamline processes through effective coordination and implementation. You are a strong communicator, collaborative team player, detail-oriented problem solver, and highly organized.

The reputed company salary range for the role is $110,000 - 130,000 per year.
