Job Summary

As a Product Manager, Content Promotion and Distribution, you will be responsible for improving how marketing teams produce and distribute promotional creative as part of our marketing supply chain product team. You will partner closely with our Marketing partners who are responsible for the promotional assets that promote reputed company entertainment offerings off-service. Your goal will be to reputed company and deliver a roadmap that balances the needs of our partner teams and prioritizes what is most impactful for our members and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a strategic roadmap and take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
• Author strategy memos and presentations and represent your team's work to senior executives.

• Build business cases and measure the impact of your product innovation.
• Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your design partners.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years product management experience with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching products or platforms.
• Experience working with creative teams and/or building products for creative teams.
• Experience building digital asset management systems (DAMs) is a big plus.
• Experience working with creation of promotional media (image and video).
• Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, where the consumer is paying for the service.
• Ability to reputed company, motivate and reputed company a cross-functional team - your ability to build strong relationships is critical to reputed company.
• Experience using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will write a lot!

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $515,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
