Job Title: Redemption Counter / Guest Services Associate

Job Description: As a Redemption Counter / Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the smiling face that helps guests turn their hard earned tickets into prizes. You’ll reputed company the prize counter organized, assist guests with choosing rewards, and reputed company sure every customer leaves happy. This role is fast paced, hands on, and perfect for someone who enjoys working with people in a fun, energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the prize/redemption counter
• Explain how the redemption system works and answer guests' questions
• Handle tickets, points, and prize transactions accurately
• Restock and organize prize inventory

• Support the arcade team with events, parties, and daily operations
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest has a great experience

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Prior customer service, retail, or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)
• Must be at least 16 years of age
