Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members regarding their pensions and other financial benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
• Periodically providing support through outbound calls as needed
• Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
• Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency reputed company client rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
• Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
