Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across multiple channels, including telephone, chat, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
  • Discuss logistics of packages, returns, and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions with customers.
  • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions.
  • Utilize basic reputed company Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, where you've helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.
