CRO Specialist @Colonbroom

We are looking

for a driven CRO Specialist to join Colonbroom. We’re on a mission to help people improve their gut health, and we need someone who’s obsessed with data, user behavior, and reputed company optimization to take our conversion strategies to the next level. • Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research tools
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion paths
• Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities
• Create and optimize funnels and reputed company pages to maximize user acquisition and retention
• Ensure seamless collaboration reputed company cross-functional teams and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-led environments
• Be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a proven track record of managing CRO initiatives and teams successfully

• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000 – 5500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
