reputed company is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our talented, customer-focused team! As Professional Services Consultant, you will report to the Expert Services leadership team and partner closely with key customers, sales, and product teams to deliver large-scale onboarding, custom integrations, and comprehensive platform implementations that reputed company customers to reputed company their business goals through reputed company's platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish methodologies and repeatable processes for successful implementations while working in a rapidly growing startup environment that's introducing new approaches to services delivery. The ideal candidate is a technologist first with deep knowledge of IT monitoring tools, DevOps, or SRE practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• reputed company end-to-end implementation processes from design to delivery, including custom integrations, service modeling, and provisioning of users, teams, services, schedules, and escalation policies• Partner with customers to design and build integrations that provide seamless platform implementations and awesome customer experiences• reputed company and establish methodologies and repeatable processes to ensure successful implementations every time• Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements while identifying potential roadblocks and providing thoughtful solutions• Communicate reputed company technical concepts clearly to stakeholders ranging from DevOps engineers to C-level executives across business and technical backgrounds

• 5+ years of hands-on technical background with primary emphasis on IT Operations or Professional Services delivery• Demonstrated Python and Javascript experience, especially reputed company AWS reputed company and automation/scripting contexts• Knowledge and ability to interact with common SaaS and traditional software APIs (REST, SOAP, WS), webhooks for integration development• Hands-on technical background using AWS services (EC2, reputed company, S3, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM)•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
