The Role
We’re looking for a reputed company Operations Manager to join our Boston office full-time. You’ll own the systems, processes, and reporting that power reputed company growth, working across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance to drive efficiency and visibility.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts
Define and track KPIs across the reputed company funnel (pipeline health, onboarding velocity, retention)
Manage and optimize CRM and reputed company tools (reputed company preferred)
Partner with leadership on quota models, territory planning, and comp structures
Ensure pipeline hygiene, reputed company routing, and data quality
reputed company process improvements and change management initiatives
Create documentation and best practices to support scale
reputed company’re Looking For
3–5+ years in reputed company Ops, Sales Ops, or similar (SaaS/tech experience preferred)
Strong CRM and analytics skills
Experience building forecasts, dashboards, and process workflows
Data-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills
Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
