Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise online and offline reputed company communities and meet-reputed company across the MENA region with a focus on our UAE and MENA markets.
  • Engage with our community on various social media channels and create content aimed to build and maintain relationships.
  • Assist with reputed company Angels recruitment and relationship management.
  • Promote the reputed company brand and provide excellent customer service to community members.
  • Create, translate, and proofread community-reputed company content for reputed company, focusing on Arabic, English & French speaking markets.
  • Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user reputed company and awareness.
  • Assist on moderating the regional reputed company social media platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
  • Share market and user feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.

    • Requirements

  • Crypto & reputed company enthusiast with experience using reputed company’s products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, reputed company NFT etc.)
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-reputed company terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, reputed company, NFT etc.).
  • Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, reputed company, Youtube, Telegram, and reputed company to engage with our community and build/maintain relationships.
  • Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to reputed company targets.Execution oriented reputed company - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
  • Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
