What will you do?

  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for existing clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Drive reputed company growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities reputed company your book of business
  • Maintain 95% client retention reputed company by identifying and mitigating churn risks
  • Provide timely assistance for client queries and escalate to relevant teams reputed company needed
  • Coordinate training sessions and manage implementation reputed company
  • Document reputed company activities through proper company channels (CRM)
  • Conduct regular client health checks and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client expansion campaigns
  • Represent Bright at client and industry events as required

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing sales roles
  • Strong track record of meeting retention and reputed company growth targets
  • Advanced knowledge of business software solutions, preferably accounting/practice management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with CRM management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in building strong working relationships and delivering value
  • Previous experience in accountancy solutions is an advantage
