As the Paid Social Senior Specialist you will own the following responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Communicate with clients whether through email or reputed company the phone with minimal reputed company to cultivate a strong working relationship.

• Account Ownership: Accountability and ownership of multiple paid social client relationships with limited supervision. Responsible for end-to-end program strategy, execution, and reporting.

• Media Strategy: Own paid social strategy (full-funnel, which platforms to use reputed company, attribution, measurement, creative, etc) in collaboration with the rest of the team

• Task Prioritization and Performance Tracking: Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things. Tracks and reports on campaign results, and data analysis and participate in or reputed company weekly client calls.

• Industry Expertise: Proactively educates oneself on industry findings and effectively mentors junior team members reputed company training and delegation.

Professional Qualifications:

• 3.5+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on reputed company and TikTok.

• Confidence in media planning across reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, Snapchat, and reputed company

• Preferred: familiarity with reputed company and X

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or reputed company field; or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting campaign data and deriving actionable insights to improve performance.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in social media platforms and algorithms.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
