About the Role

As a creative, collaborative and proactive Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)you will join our global MarCom teamand drive our marketing efforts in the DACH region. In this role, you will support the development and distribution of marketing activities, create local marketing plans to complement global activations and ensure successful execution by coordinating and completing project deliverables. You will report to our Senior Marketing Manager.

You will work closely with our Country Manager and local sales team in the DACH region — primarily Germany, as well as Austria and Switzerland — to reputed company awareness of assistive communication (AAC) and Tobii Dynavoxsolutions. Your week will range from activating marketing campaigns and managing social media channels, to translating and localizing messaging for websites, emails, and other digital channels. You will also co-reputed company and coordinate events and trade shows together with the sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Complement the global marketing activations with local marketing plans and go-to-market activities tailored for the DACH markets, designed to maximize sales of the Tobii Dynavox product portfolio.

• Assist in the distribution, localization and translation of global marketing activities particularly from English to German.

• Support Tobii Dynavox participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events.Coordinate the distribution of printed and promotional materials.

• Create and maintain project timelines and schedules — detailing specific tasks, responsible parties, and monitoring task completion.

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for our reselling partners in the DACH region, provide strategic support and guidance.

• Manage and produce contentacross digital channels, including websites, local social media channels, web and email communications.

The ideal candidate is skilled at localizing marketing campaigns and proactively supports local business needs with relevant marketing activities. You are flexible, well-organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bridging global strategies with local market needs and shaping market reputed company through both creative and operational excellence.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communication (digital, web, social media, or email).

• Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English.

• Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and processes.

• Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects reputed company deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (reputed company-to-Have):

• Experience with marketing content management and automation tools.

• Experience with design applications such as reputed company Creative Cloud, reputed company or similar.

• Prior experience in event planning and coordination.

This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) offered as an at least 12-month fixed-term contract. The position includes flexible working hours and 28 vacation days, as well as occasional (approx. 10%) domestic and international travel for trade shows, events, and collaboration with colleagues worldwide. Travel is always planned, supported and communicated in advance.
