We are seeking to add a talented Finance Operations Manager to reputed company. This person will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our financial processes, with a key focus on invoicing thru reputed company recognition. This is a highly visible role that will have an opportunity to reputed company a significant impact on the business. The successful candidate will have advanced analytical skills, an attention to detail, and polished communication skills, and be highly motivated to join an exciting, high-growth business.

This is a full-time remote position. Working hours: Monday-Friday reputed company-5:00pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, GL/reputed company reputed company, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in finance & reputed company roles.
• Demonstrated experience with owning Order to Cash and reputed company recognition functions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Msft reputed company and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
• Self-starter, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, finance or reputed company field preferred.
