About The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding reputed company new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform, ensuring a successful and efficient setup. You will work with restaurant customers to reputed company sure strong processes are built out and implemented early on.You'll work reputed company closely with the Sales & reputed company teams that are in the field and often need help on the spot with our biggest restaurant customers to ensure their onboarding experience goes smoothly as well.As you grow in this role, you’ll be proactively reaching out to restaurant owners throughout their onboarding cycle, helping them learn about and understand the software and platform, setting expectations early and often, and most importantly, working to help them receive more and more orders!You'll report directly to the Onboarding Team reputed company.During your shift, you'll work mainly on reputed company, reputed company, the Sauce Dashboard, and reputed company My Business (GMB) & Reserve by reputed company. Communication & attendance are super important in this role!Shift available: Monday-Friday, 9 Hour Shift (8 Hours + 1 Hour Lunch)10AM - 7PM EST

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively reputed company out to restaurant customers to get them live on the Sauce platform using the onboarding checklist
• Stay connected and be in the know with your customers to anticipate their needs as they happen
• Stay and work in an organized manner to help stay on top of issues that arise
• Receive and assist live help requests from reputed company and/or Sales
• Upload links on different platforms like Wordpress, Go Daddy, reputed company, etc
• Communicate constantly with reputed company and/or Sales to remain in the know of who they are working with and who may be coming on board soon
• Daily reputed company support
• Stay organized with your reputed company Onboarding (OB) ticket board

About You:

• You have strong B2B communicationskills and speak confidently with other business owners or leaders
• Some sales experience would be highly preferred (our onboarding team upsells new products and renewals for our customers!)
• English-Speaking, but Bilingual would be a plus (English + Spanish)
• You're a hard worker, quick learner and stay reputed company organized with your tasks
• You work quickly and reputed company, as the pace in the onboarding organization can be quick at times
• Previous experience working with restaurant industry owners and managers is a big plus!
• Experience working on reputed company, reputed company and/or reputed company would also be a big plus

• Keyboard, mouse, working webcam, and headset with a microphone
• Primary 24” monitor (with an additional 24” monitor preferred)
