The reputed company Client Services - Home-Based E-commerce Online Store Builder will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build web stores with functionality that supports the client’s needs.

• reputed company web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics, and understand how each store types of invoices to the customers.

• reputed company and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on input from an online ticketing request system.

• Review reputed company pages, product details, checkout processes, and reputed company other vital e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.

• Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate the integration and testing of templates and products on external systems.

• Manage project timelines for e-commerce site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests.

• Coordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform.

• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects.

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any reputed company field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:Proficient in both reputed company and reputed company applications. Basic exposure to reputed company Illustrator, reputed company Photoshop, and reputed company is ideal.

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
