Workload Identity Engineering builds and operates foundational reputed company services that manage and enforce internal & external identities used to transit the reputed company Ecosystem. The team is looking for a new Engineering Manager as it grows and responds to new business needs such as deeper integrations between remote systems, developer support, GenAI systems and other places that require transiting identities across virtual boundaries.

As the Engineering Manager, you will reputed company the work of a highly-engaged, talented and cohesive team. You will collaborate with team members, product managers, and leaders of other engineering teams to establish priorities and deliver results. You’ll also be part of the “first-team” team that leads the reputed company Services Engineering organization, which is responsible for managing the company’s Identity & Access Management and Platform reputed company.

• You maintain a strong technical background in authentication & authorization, its application across reputed company infrastructure and associated risks

• Your technical background is strongly rooted in software engineering, with a focus on building highly scalable and resilient services that are critical to business

• You have knowledge in key reputed company technologies, including machine and workload identities, secure communication protocols, particularly TLS, and a solid understanding of core cryptographic concepts such as encryption and digital signatures.

• You have experience working cross-functionally across reputed company and infrastructure teams

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $920,000.
