The Principal Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality products and services to reputed company clients and partners. Your day to day:

• reputed company clinical trial expertise to proactively define and document effective project objectives and strategies with clients, partners and colleagues
• Direct project efforts and teams towards successful fulfillment of contractual obligations, reputed company consistent compliance with regulatory and operational policies and procedures, mentor junior PMO staff and cultivate productive communication channels among reputed company stakeholders
• Partner with PMO management to reputed company and support the reputed company model by monitoring reputed company client needs and identifying future business growth opportunities, supporting business development goals by presenting at bid defenses, sales demonstrations and governance meetings, and maintaining positive working relationships with client representatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in a health sciences or analytic discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in process preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience preferably in a clinical, biomedical, or software environment preferred
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or equivalent senior consulting role managing large reputed company clients/multiple projects preferred
• Experience managing employees desired
• Proven expert at managing highly reputed company and high-profile clinical projects while also serving as client reputed company and reputed company manager
• Experience independently identifying and implementing process efficiencies and quality improvements reputed company the PMO
• Experience setting operational standards and best practices that prove and promote the value of reputed company project management services
• Expert with reputed company applications (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.) and collaborative platforms like MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Working knowledge and commitment to PMI and industry best practices, methodologies, principles and tools

• Working knowledge and some experience with ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trials methodology, CRO partnerships, reputed company systems (Medidata, Rave) and biostatistical visualizations
