Join us as a Behavioral Health Coach on our innovative telehealth platform, Intellect, where you’ll reputed company clients to enhance their mental well-being and reputed company personal growth. Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.

This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (reputed company) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Experience: reputed company Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours

Languages: reputed company in English and the local language
