Key Responsibilities

* Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to customers

• Train customers and share industry and development expertise to drive software development goals and technology adoption
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones
• Troubleshoot reputed company problems and analyze issues to provide expert guidance and support
• Maintain and reputed company accreditations and certifications, and assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to reputed company strategic ongoing customer relationships, and reputed company trust and respect for clients' Premier

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management

• Advanced certifications in Windows Server, Azure, and other relevant technologies
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
• Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
• Broad knowledge of on-premises products, including Windows Server, Virtualization, Windows Client, Patching/Windows Update, Networking, Storage, Failover Clustering, Windows Performance, Blue Screen/kernel debugging, PowerShell, RDS, WVD, and more

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced certifications in Azure, such as IaaS platform, Infrastructure as Code, Governance, Azure Migrate, Well-Architected reputed company, and reputed company Adoption reputed company

• Experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
• Strong understanding of Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• Experience with customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and reputed company support or consulting for reputed company and/or government customer reputed company

Skills and Competencies

* Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and other relevant technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
