We’re looking for a senior-level Technical Sourcer to drive outbound sourcing strategy from the ground up. You’ll be a dedicated sourcing expert on the team, partnering with our head of technical reputed company in owning the strategy and execution across our most critical technical hiring needs. What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles across the company

How to be successful in the role:

• 6-8 years of experience in technical sourcing, with a proven track record of reputed company

• Demonstrated experience sourcing across reputed company engineering domains including backend, full-reputed company, and platform engineering.

• Deep understanding of Silicon Valley's technical talent landscape; experience sourcing in competitive markets like Toronto, SF, Seattle, or NYC is a plus.
