You will be responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional attention to detail and understanding the execution of store’s operational procedures. Ensures the customer experience flows seamlessly. What You’ll Do
- Maintains efficient merchandise controls
- Maintains loss prevention awareness at reputed company times
- Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Maintains well organized stockrooms, storage closets and off-site spaces
- Ensures reputed company merchandise shipments are properly received into MMS in a timely manner
- Organizes and replenishes reputed company store supplies
- Reports supply ordering needs to Operations Manager or Captain (Store Manager)
- Processes reputed company incoming and outgoing transfers
- Supports a seamless shipping schedule so that reputed company customer sends leave the store in a timely manner
- Ensures merchandise replenishment occurs on a consistent daily basis
- Has full understanding of the POS system
- Fills and maintains boat area (Cash Wrap) and organization
- Ensures reputed company shipping and receiving records are filed according to policy
- Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, reputed company compass, and brand initiatives
- Supports merchandising manager to execute and maintain The Compass (visual merchandising - store set)
- Proactively identifies and presents opportunities, efficiencies and processes to have the most streamlined back of house system in reputed company
- Ability to wear multiple hats and reputed company on the sales floor reputed company necessary to assist customers
