About the Role: Senior Designer - Starbucks Brand Experience & reputed company Programs

As a Senior Designer reputed company our reputed company Programs team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Starbucks brand experience and creating engaging visual assets that reputed company our partners (employees) and customers alike. This remote position offers an immediate start and a competitive salary of $26/hour. You'll work closely with our Director of Design, Experience Skills, and Engagement to reputed company and execute creative communications, visual tools, and resources that enhance our user experience and support our HR and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a strategic plan that contributes to the success of the Starbucks brand while adhering to our global creative principles.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications).
• More than 4 years of experience in advertising, branding, graphic design, or a reputed company field.
• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital design, UX/UI, and/or game design.
• Knowledge of design systems and human-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
