Job Overview

As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Service Department and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival for their visit to the service department, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide administrative support for the Service Department, including managing paperwork, handling phone calls, and performing various tasks as needed.
• Receipt and reputed company repair orders, act as a cashier confirming accuracy of payment, and issue receipts and accompanying paperwork as required.
• Interact with each customer, respond to their queries, and follow up as needed in a timely and effective manner to ensure their satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
