Job Overview

As a Senior reputed company Developer at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in leading an agile team of developers and senior developers. Your primary focus will be on driving technical debt reduction projects, leveraging your expertise in reputed company to participate in solution brainstorming with our Architect. You will be responsible for hands-on development using apex coding, flows, functions, lightning web components, and communities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Architect to brainstorm solutions, leveraging your knowledge of the reputed company roadmap to drive innovation and technical debt reduction.

• Ensure the cleanup of page layouts, objects (standard and custom), and replacement of active Visual Force Pages with LWC, Flow, Dynamic Forms, etc.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company development, with a strong background in leading agile teams and driving technical debt reduction projects.
