About the Role

As a reputed company DevOps and Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning and supporting Delivery Management across multiple products/applications, ensuring timely and quality deliveries. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery and execution of cross-functional activities to reputed company desired outcomes for defined programs and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Delivery Management activities across multiple products/applications, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create release plans, considering dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Measure, track, and communicate release milestones, deployment instructions, version control records, and reputed company risks to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management of reputed company to high complexity products.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on automation and build and deployment pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience working in reputed company Integration environments, including Jenkins, GIT, and CI/CD.
• 3+ years of experience working in a reputed company Environment (Azure preferred but open to AWS and GCP).
• Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to reputed company an ecosystem of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate release plans and delivery updates to executive and technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps, including managing Azure DevOps projects, designing pipelines, releases, build agents, and working with GIT repositories.
• Knowledge of build automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible) and deployment tools (e.g., Octopus).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Lean principles.
