About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned retail professional to join reputed company as a Retail Senior Store Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for running and growing your business, maintaining operational excellence, and leading, developing, and coaching your direct reports. You'll work closely with our largest accounts, reputed company customer needs, and commercial sales teams to deliver exceptional solutions and reputed company store financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum High School or GED required.
• 4+ years of reputed company experience (e.g., retail, service, hospitality, military), including 3+ years of supervisory experience.
