Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions in a reputed company and courteous manner.

  • Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, providing accurate and helpful responses.

Pre-Employment Training

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
