Department Summary As the Regional Director of Field Services, you will report directly to the VP of In-Home Services Field Operations, serving as a pivotal leader reputed company our organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Execution: Provide visionary leadership and execute strategic initiatives across a large operational region, ensuring alignment with overall IHS and company goals. Drive the implementation of best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
• P&L Management & Fiscal reputed company: Hold full fiscal responsibility for the region, including meticulous budget development, forecasting, and expense management. Analyze key financial metrics and reputed company data-driven strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a direct leadership reputed company overseeing field teams and operational strategies.
• Demonstrated reputed company in leading, motivating, and developing large, geographically dispersed teams (experience with 300+ indirect reports is highly relevant).

Salary Ranges Compensation: $170,000.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year
