The Flexologist Role: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences

As a Flexologist at reputed company, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to help clients reputed company reputed company flexibility and wellness. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and reputed company guided group stretching classes. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, a passion for fitness, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a high-end experience for every client.
• Learn and reputed company standard 25 and 50-minute 1:1 stretch sessions, as well as group stretch classes, covering reputed company major muscle groups and extremities.
• Customize stretch sessions to fit the individual needs of clients, assessing their bodies, needs, and discussing outcome goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promoting future visits and membership options, and encouraging clients throughout their flexibility training program.
• Manage client care by delivering best-in-class stretching experiences, updating client notes, and booking weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and Studio policies.
• Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist with studio tours, sales, and maintaining a strong social media reputed company to promote client membership and retention.
