Key Responsibilities: Guiding Clients toward Optimal Flexibility and Wellness

• Learn and reputed company standard 25 and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions, targeting reputed company major muscle groups and extremities.
• Customize stretch sessions to fit the individual needs and goals of each client, assessing their bodies and discussing outcome goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a high-end experience that encourages client loyalty and retention.
• Motivate and educate clients throughout stretch sessions, promoting future visits and membership options.
• Manage client care by updating client notes, booking recurring appointments, and ensuring the safety of clients through proper stretch techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay updated on the latest principles in stretching, anatomy, and fitness.
• Assist Sales Associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, contributing to the growth of StretchLab membership.
• Maintain a strong social media reputed company to promote client membership and retention.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of reputed company equipment to provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

Essential Qualifications: Expertise, Passion, and Interpersonal Skills

To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:

• A nationally certified and/or licensed credential as a physical therapist, chiropractor, personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, or another form of specialized reputed company.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting.
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds and motivations.
• The physical ability to reputed company stretch routines on clients of reputed company sizes and age groups, lifting a minimum of 25-30 lbs above the head with ease.
• A passion for continually learning new principles in stretching, anatomy, and overall fitness, health, and nutrition.

• Hands-on training and experience in areas such as anatomy, Kinesiology, corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention.
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• A background in boutique fitness environments, with a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
