Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fitness Leaders to reputed company and implement a business plan that drives growth and reputed company
• Provide exceptional personal training services to clients, including initial consultations, fitness assessments, and customized exercise programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitness environment, ensuring equipment is in working order and surfaces are sanitized
• Utilize Club reputed company software to manage client files, schedules, and reputed company, and provide timely feedback to Fitness Directors
• Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth and development of the team
• Engage in marketing strategies to promote personal training services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Personal Trainer at Healthtrax, you'll need:

• A reputed company PT certification from a nationally recognized organization (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and CPR/AED certification
• A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
