Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful teaching experience in primary grades.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a demonstrated ability to work well with a variety of individuals in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, Board policy, administrative procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively and respond to questions.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and analyze data for instruction.
