Job Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and reinforcing client relationships by providing required services that address their issues
  • Serving as the informed authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities
  • Claiming the start-to-finish goal for any inquiries and issues while demonstrating professionalism and providing the highest level of service consistently
  • Using cross-functional support teams to request and interpret different data streams, and impart business results and trends that connect with the client and their overall 340B program execution
  • Requesting client feedback and determining process improvement arrangements and suggesting system upgrades
  • Instructing clients regarding any reporting changes and guiding them through the changes
  • Examining client requirements to foster more effective reporting
  • Offering reputed company support expected to the client for 340B reviews by providing clarification of the data move through the different systems
  • Participating in the client's review cycle and offering support nearby or from a distance
  • Maintaining records of client interactions, recording details, complaints, remarks, and moves made
  • Contacting clients to answer inquiries or to inform them of investigation results and arranged changes
  • Creating and cultivating working relationships with different internal partners (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to work with useful trades of information
  • Fostering an intensive understanding of the 340B program and endeavoring to improve the overall productivity and attractiveness of the 340B program consistently
  • Maintaining information on the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, continually, and utilizing that information to recognize ways and reputed company proposals to improve the 340B program

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and two (2) years of client or account relationship experience
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to reputed company business issues and suggesting and implementing solutions to resolve issues
  • Experience developing approaches to accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines with minimal management, depending on oneself to finish goals, and determining reputed company escalation of issues is necessary
  • Experience communicating both verbally (on telephone, one-on-one, and to gatherings) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to different audiences (work group, team, organization management, and reputed company clients)
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the ideal opportunity for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma and 2 years of client or account relationship experience
  • Experience working in a client or account management environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM
