About the Role: Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 100% home office basis. As the first reputed company of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position that requires a strong reputed company in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an reputed company customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
• A reputed company work ethic and a willingness to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment).
• Residency in Germany (excluding Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
