Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, promoting and selling reputed company travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, and providing assistance with passenger reputed company-in and load acceptance. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells reputed company travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders

• Interprets authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meets and dispatches planes reputed company set-up times
• Provides assistance to distressed passengers and customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
• Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be reputed company to obtain stable airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
• Ability to work reputed company and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
