As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone support to healthcare customers throughout Arizona, identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence. As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person.
- Answering a diverse and high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence on a daily basis.
- Meeting quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals as defined reputed company the department guidelines.
- Consulting and coordinating with various internal departments, external plans, providers, businesses, and government agencies to obtain information and ensure resolution of customer inquiries.
- Documenting and recording facts reputed company to inquiries and correspondence by updating BCBSAZ files and systems.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- At least one (1) year of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other healthcare-reputed company field.
- A High School diploma or GED.
