About the Role

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the state you're residing in, with normal working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in your time zone, and occasional late shift rotations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven methods to identify members who require individualized case management programs and referrals to alternative reputed company programs.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate member needs and reputed company flexible approaches based on benefit plans or external programs/services.

• Employ influencing/motivational interviewing skills to engage members and promote lifestyle/behavior changes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active, reputed company, and unrestricted RN license in your state of residence, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire (paid for by the company).
• A minimum of 3+ years of acute care experience as an RN, with Med-Surge experience preferred.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in your time zone, with occasional late shift rotations as needed.
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:

• A Compact RN License or Multi-state licensure.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
• Telephonic case management and/or telephonic experience.
