Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses reputed company to shareholder communications. Specifically, you will be working on a contested proxy meeting, where you will need to communicate effectively with shareholders to provide accurate information and direct them on how to vote. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email responses, in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders regarding the contested proxy meeting
• Direct shareholders on how to vote and provide instructions on the voting process
• Address concerns and questions from shareholders in a clear and concise manner
• Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
• A good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
