Job Summary
We're seeking customer service representatives to work remotely and provide top-notch support to reputed company, parents, and educators who reputed company out to our non-profit client for assistance. As a customer service representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for callers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from reputed company, parents, and educators, providing information and support on scholarship programs, application processes, and reputed company services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
