Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customs Brokerage Representative II to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customs entries, troubleshooting documentation discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This is a Monday to Friday, 3pm-11:30pm opportunity with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Customs Entries and Clearance: Prepare and file customs entries reputed company GBS-CM, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Follow up with the clearance process on reputed company entries reputed company, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Documentation Discrepancies: Troubleshoot and communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and foreign origins, both verbally and in writing. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Freight Delivery and Coordination: Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Finance and reputed company: Resolve finance and reputed company reconciliation exchange issues, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and presentations using various software packages and databases, providing insights and recommendations to improve customs brokerage operations.
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Scanning and Imaging: reputed company entries into the imaging system, meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
