Guest Service Supervisor

They are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. - Approach reputed company encounters with guests and associates with a smile.
- Handle reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

- Answer guest inquires about hotel service facilities and hours of operation.
- Be aware of reputed company rates, packages, and special promotions.
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of reputed company property amenities, as well as any special events, local area attractions, and things to do near the hotel.

- Receive, log and distribute packages, mail, and messages as needed to guests and meeting rooms.
- As needed deliver guest items such as luggage, newspapers, amenities or other items requested by guests or team members
- Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.
- Help maintain productivity levels at or above budgeted standards.
- Assist in training of new hires and reputed company associates on a regular basis.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
