About the Role: Director B2B Creative Strategy

We're seeking an exceptional Director B2B Creative Strategy to join our Marketing Creative team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our Associate Vice President of Creative Marketing and Marketing Activation partners to deliver campaigns that support national and local initiatives across reputed company Business Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creative and messaging consistency across 360 consumer engagement touchpoints, both reputed company and reputed company the marketing organization.
• Manage messaging and communications needs across traditional and digital spectrums, ensuring alignment with our portfolio of network, wireless, and emerging technology services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in marketing or reputed company communications fields.
• Ten or more years of professional experience in marketing or reputed company communications field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
• Master's degree in a reputed company field.
• Project leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams across disciplines like ATL/BTL Media, Social, .com, Experiential, and more.
• B2B Advertising/Marketing Experience.
• Six or more years of wireless experience and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers.
• Six or more years of experience in digital, media, and communications planning.
• Experience in creating and increasing demand for a portfolio of products and services.
• Organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication, and negotiation skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Executive communication skills using reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to engage and influence large teams and functional leaders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with multi-cultural advertising.
