We are actively seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Permanent Tax Director to reputed company our company's tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's tax strategy and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant tax laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of international and corporate tax laws, excellent business development skills, and a proven ability to reputed company and train a team.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, including at least 2 years of experience representing clients in tax audits and negotiations.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state, federal, and international tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in business tax planning and corporate tax.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and implement effective tax planning strategies.
• Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of attracting new clients and expanding tax services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and supervising a team of tax professionals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review financial documents for tax risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company and its clients effectively in tax audits and negotiations.
