Our Customer Listening Team plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end Voice of the Customer process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages across more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be instrumental in transforming and innovating this process, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive insights and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the transformation of Voice of the Customer methods and data reputed company the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing.
• reputed company big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, delivering innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

• Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
